Privacy Policy

Cut Out is built by Moderato, LTD. Our policy is simple: we do not collect your personal information. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no trackers. Everything you create stays on your device, so there is nothing for us to retain, sell, or delete.

The only information that can ever reach us:

• Crash reports and usage statistics — anonymized by Apple, and only if you opted in to sharing analytics with developers.
• Purchase and trend data — aggregated sales figures from App Store Connect. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID.
• Email — if you write to us, we use your message only to reply, and delete it on request. We may use AI tools to help read and answer emails, so your message may be processed by those services — please don't include anything sensitive.
